What does the future of work look like?

SmartBrief, in collaboration with our colleagues from TechRadar Pro, wanted to know – how exactly has employees’ attitudes towards work changed in the past year? We surveyed more than 1,200 US-based professionals in our reader network, ranging from executives to directors to business owners, with a 50/50 split between male and female respondents.

We set out to find out how remote working business practices might have changed in 2020. We then asked individuals how they feel about getting back into the workplace and how employers are adapting and communicating with their employees.
