Margot Robbie is almost unrecognizable as she turns red-haired to Babylon

Margot Robbie is once again embarking on a period piece about Hollywood, and this project may just require an even more dramatic transformation than her last.

The 31-year-old performer is part of the star-studded cast for the much-anticipated film Babylon, which is currently in production. On Sunday, August 22, she certainly turned her head when she was photographed leaving a car at the film’s Los Angeles set.

As seen in the photo below, Margot rocked red hair and a long black cloak over a red dress, accompanied by black stiletto heels. She was also snapped and sipped a drink from a straw.

The actor who received an Oscar nomination for Bomb, is part of a top-class ensemble that also includes Brad Pitt, Olivia Wilde and Tobey Maguire, where Tobey marked his first live-action film role since 2014 Panteoffer. Babylon is written and directed by La La Land‘s Damien Chazelle and sat down in the middle of Hollywood’s transition from the era of silent film to “talkies”.

Margot Robbie’s best looks

Margot plays Clara Bow, a real-life movie star from the 1920s and early 30s who appeared in both silent and sound films, including the 1927s Wings, who won the first ever Oscar for best picture. Margot was a late addition to Babylon, as Emma Stone, who received an Oscar for La La Land, was previously affiliated as Clara but left due to planning conflicts.

This is a return to the Hollywood environment for Margot after her portrayal of Sharon Tate in Quentin Tarantinohit in 2019 Once upon a time in Hollywood, which gave co-star Brad his first acting Oscar.

Margot’s latest film is the fierce anti-hero ball The suicide group, which can currently be seen in theaters and on HBO Max and features a remake of her signature role as Harley Quinn.
