DIVIS LABORATORIES share price has reached a record high of Rs 4,763 (up 3.2%).

Meanwhile, the BSE HEALTH CARE Index stands at 26,365 (+1.1%).

Among the top winners in today’s BSE HEALTHCARE Index are DIVIS LABORATORIES (+3.2%) and ABBOTT INDIA .

GSK PHARMA and LAURUS LABS (-0.1%) are among the top losers today.

In the past year, DIVIS LABORATORIES has risen from Rs 2,218 to Rs 4,763, making a profit of Rs 2,545 (up 114.4%).

BSE HEALTHCARE rose from 16,656 to 26,365, registering a gain of 9,709 points (up 57.9%) over the past 12 months.

Other winners are SUN PHARMA (+1.0%) and TATA STEEL (+1.0%). The most traded shares in the BSE Sensex are ITC and BHARTI AIRTEL.

Meanwhile, NSE Nifty stands at 15,962 (+0.1%). The top winners in the NSE Nifty include DIVIS LABORATORIES (up 3.2%), BHARTI AIRTEL (up 2.2%) and RELIANCE IND. (increase by 1.2%). Other winners are HDFC LIFE INSURANCE (up 1.2%) and ITC (up 1.2%).

Over the past 12 months, the BSE Sensex has risen from 36,033 to 53,291, with a gain of 17,258 points (an increase of 47.7%).

DIVIS LABORATORIES Financial update…

DIVIS LABORATORIES net profit was Rs 5 billion for the quarter ending in March 2021, compared to a profit of Rs 5 billion a year ago. Net sales increased 5.1% in the period to Rs 17.9 billion, from Rs 17.0 billion in January-March 2020.

For the year ending March 2020, DIVIS LABORATORIES reported an increase in net profit of 1.8% to Rs 13.8 billion, compared to net profit of Rs 13.5 billion in FY19.

The company’s revenue grew 9.1% in FY20 to Rs 54 billion.

The current Price-earnings ratio of DIVIS LABORATORIES, based on 12-month rolling earnings, stands at 63.6x. p >
